Day 1: Mexico City – Cholula – Puebla
The journey begins in Mexico City. After breakfast, we head to Cholula, a “Magical Town” famous for its archeological site and beautiful churches. You’ll visit the Zona Arqueológica de Cholula, explore the local food market, and learn about Puebla’s culinary traditions firsthand.
Next, we travel to Puebla City. Here you will visit unique museums like Museo Casa de Alfeñique and Museo de Arte Religioso de Santa Mónica, walk through the historic center, and enjoy its vibrant atmosphere. You’ll also get a chance to taste the region’s delicious market food, from savory snacks to sweet treats.
After settling into a charming, locally-owned hotel, you can join the group for a casual evening walk and an optional dinner at a traditional restaurant.
Day 2: Puebla – Atlixco

Day 3: Atlixco – Mexico City

The tour continues to a local farm to learn about pulque, one of Mexico’s oldest fermented drinks.
